We apply rigorous and academic statistical models derived from qualitative and quantitative data collection to get you more information about your organization. Just like you would go get lab work to see your cholesterol, blood sugar, and proteins, this is the detailed structure of your business. We can see how your business is changing over time, improving, evolving, or where interventions need to be applied. Team Development Package (1 week)

We use proven behavioral models to bring together a team aligned towards accomplishing a central task. We are able to examine the detailed components of structural dynamics, communication, and processes to teach a team to understand each other and be able to adapt to any challenges inherent in teamwork. We look at those components and bring training, coursework, and guidance to provide a detailed understanding of how the team functions and how to raise team performance.

Leader Development Package (1 week)

We use the proven behavioral models to extract competencies which create a leader. Contrary to popular belief - leaders are made, not born. They are also different, and one may be better in one scenario than another. For example, military leaders are generally quite adept at handling crisis, but lack skills necessary to be successful in environments that require empathy or compassion. We can bridge that gap. We can introduce ways to strengthen leadership competencies that fit the industry someone is in. Much of our work focuses on the DoD and military community and we have peer-reviewed research (personally conducted) in these competencies derived from Special Operations Forces.

Here, the behavioral models and methods are applied to the organization at large and at a systemic level. We focus on vision, organizational goals, hiring the right people for your organization and cutting down on behaviors that will ultimately cost you money, and reduce your momentum as a business. We increase behaviors that push your progress.

    We use quantitative and qualitative analysis to know your organization and see what makes it perform. For example, conducting qualitative interviews and then coding the data to thematic responses helps you as the leader understand the "mindset" of your organization and direct what tasks need to be applied where. For example - you likely wouldn't apply an operational task to an HR function or vice versa. We look at boundaries, authorities, roles, and tasks at the atomic level to avoid slowdown and make your staff prepped at all times to solve problems.
