“I had the pleasure of having Ashley lead a leadership workshop at the church I belong to. I found Ashley to be relatable, professional and well organized. She approaches leadership in a down to earth way focused on the service component of the role. Ashley made the course interactive and was very open to our ideas and answered any questions we had. I walked away truly feeling that this is her passion and she was genuinely concerned about my development as a leader.”

story

The Story Behind Our Name

Our company name is inspired by an historic tale from the Cherokee tribe. As psychologists, we want to educate our clients to understand how behavior is influenced by our mindset. We are dedicated to developing our clients’ leadership capacity so they can thrive in their arena.
One evening, an elderly Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.
He said, " There is a battle between two 'wolves' inside us all.One is evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply replied,"The one that you feed."
